How can you read palms and auras?
i really would like to learn in detail how to read palms and auras!

Suggestion by Erin
I’m not sure about palms; I “expert” in auras.

1: get a friend to stand a couple feet in frount of a white backround.
2: have them sway slowly back and forth.
3:concentrate directly on the person, but in a way, pretend you are looking at the wall behind them. (like looking THROUGH them without actually doing it)
4: soon, you will see a light band aound them. Look at it from the corner of your eye. Soon, it will turn into some type of color. That is an aura. Don’t rush yourslef: it didnt take me a while to be able to do it. I natually have eyeproblems since birth, and this helped me open my THIRD EYE. It may be harder if you dont have any. Just be paintient.

• Red: The color of strength, passion, impulsiveness and will.
• Orange: Color of affection, kindness, and creativity. The muddier shades denote vanity, while golden orange represents self-control. Someone with orange in his/her aura may suffer from kidney troubles.
• Yellow: Mental activity, optimism, perfectionism, responsibility, sometimes shyness.
• Green: The color of sympathy and reliability. The person may be an effective healer. Dark shades of green however indicate one who is jealous or hesitant.
• Blue: The color of calm, and spiritual and material attainment. May sometimes represent a tendency to moodiness and depression.
• Indigo/Violet: The colors of the seeker who has inborn psychic and intuitive abilities. They represent an astounding ability in the handling of practical matters. Dark shades may show that the person is often misjudged and misunderstood. May indicate heart or stomach trouble.
• Black: The color of self-protection. The person is good at ‘wearing masks’.
• Pink: A compassionate person who is fond of the arts. Darker shades of pink may point to immaturity and irresponsibility.
• White: Purity and honesty. A color associated with spiritually evolved persons.
• Silver: The person might be pregnant or is going to be soon! However, this is not always so. Seeing this may indicate a person who is allowing great creativity in their life.

Where I could learn about tarot cards?

Where I could learn about tarot cards?
I write a fanfic where I require tarot cards for each characters, so I’ll need a web page information where tarot cards meanings are listed specifically. Anyone know where?

Suggestion by josh!!!! (*_*)
but the thing is…each card in a tarot deck has different meanings per deck/per person. there are base meanings for the major arcana but still each person can get so many other meanings from them.
for the minor arcana it that is very dependant on the deck, and the reader, plus their connection.

this will give you the basic meanings of the major arcana though. http://www.thelostfound.com/tarot/cards/meanings/major.html

Suggestion by sexy butterfly
I’m not sure but you could use goggle. Just be warned that every deck has its own specific meanings for the court cards and the minor arcana cards along with the symbols. Also some decks have stories to go along with the meaning of all 72 cards. But goggling it should give you the basics.

Suggestion by Mossflower Wood
This website should be able to help you understand both the basic story behind the cards, as well as their meanings in a Tarot reading.

http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/learn/meanings/

This site lists all the cards of the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, and the suits.

The story of the cards is very fascinating. =]

Tarot Cards – meanings?
I have been seeing only Justice tarot cards in my readings over the last two days. When I asked for a clarification I got Wheel of Fortune (reversed), The Moon (reversed) and The Lovers.

Andbody knows what it means?
I asked different questions, got the same card. Also I have been seeing the tarot card Tower, both revered and upright on and off.

Suggestion by Marquis de LaDeaux
You must keep an eye out on both friends and enemies, because chances are someone is going to try to deceive you. You should also take some personal time for yourself, as people may depend on you and cause you stress.

Suggestion by Brigid
Justice – well, it pretty much means justice. Something that was wrong will be put right.

Wheel of Fortune – upright, it means to let go and simply accept what will happen because the event are out of your control (fate).

The Moon – upright, it represents the unknown, intuition, possibly feminine mysteries or the mysteries of the dark.

The Lovers – could mean love or a relationship; usually means there is an important decision to be made and a sacrifice that will go with it. With love comes choice, with choice comes sacrifice.

The Tower – upright, it represents a sudden and drastic change, like a lighting strike. This energy can be harnessed and directed, but this is incredibly difficult. Usually it best to try and avoid being in the direct path, but certainly expect something big.

When it comes to reversals, there are different schools of thought on the matter. The general method is to interpret the energies of those cards are blocked or in their opposite form. This usually gives them a negative meaning, but in some cases can be pleasant. As with all tarot cards, remember that even the ones that seem bad have a silver lining – with pain comes understanding and learning.

How you want to interpret these reversals is up to you. Base it on the situation and the cards surrounding them in the spread; go with how you think they should be read.

With the Wheel reversed, I would think that means you or someone involved is not willing to surrender control of the situation and just let things take their natural course. The Moon reversed probably means there is a block against your intuition and that you are not listening to your inner voice, probably out of a fear of the unknown. The Tower, well that one is a special card all on its own. Upright, drastic change. Reversed, perhaps a not-so-drastic change. Still, even if you turn the card around, there still is that lightning bolt.

It seems to me that there are important events coming up in your future, and some problems will be made right. You need to let go and accept that some things are out of your control, and have faith in yourself and what you know to be right. Above all, The Lovers is telling you to be true to yourself and what you believe in when faced with a difficult choice. Justice is an important card for you, so hang on to that. What happens now may not be fun and certainly may not be pleasant, but it will be for the best.

What Tarot can Do for You – Barbara Moore (Great guide on the various uses for tarot cards… from divination to magick to personal therapy to conflict-resolution… It’s a great book!)

Tarot: Youre Everyday Guide – Janina Renee (A great card-by-card guide on how to read cards as advice or problem-solving… lengthy descriptions of the cards meanigns and interrpetive techniques associated with them. She uses several decks as her visual references, making it easy for students no matter what deck they use)

A Tarot Workbook – Neville Drury (A great workbook that asks you to journal about the cards in general and gives another card-by-card study, complete with workbook questions that sometimes cut pretty deep… I know I was weeping by the time I got to the 9 of swords… heavy stuff… great for itnernalizing and really grasping the meanigns and symbolism of the cards to jump off from with your own intuitive inpressions)

One effective method of study is to get yourself a journal and go card-by-card through the deck, journallign about your impressions of each card, read everything you can find about the card and study the image, then compile all your notes and thoughts about it. Later, go back and re-read your ntoes and study the card again… try to condense your notes and impressions into a few lines… then re-read thosel ines and try to condense it further into one or two keywords. Do one or two cards per day… this may take weeks or months depending on how much time you spend on each card and how many cards you do in one day.
When you are done with that, pull out all the aces and comapre them. Then pull out all the twos, threes etc and compare each. This is a good way to understand the structure of the tarot and remember the meanings.

tarot card reading

when doing a tarot card reading for yourself, can most of the cards be upside down?
can the first card be upside down as well?

Suggestion by Abomination of Desolation
Upside down tarot cards are just as unhelpful as right-side-up tarot cards.

Suggestion by guraqt2me
Only if you’re French – if not, leave it right side – up !

Suggestion by D700 Doug
That means all the chairs in your house will spontaneously combust at midnight tonight.

How to understand my Tarot Card reading more?
i got my cards read yesterday and i wanted to look more into a few of the cards that she spoke with me most about..the beauty card, warrior, fool, stars, sage, body, fun, and wheel..i remember how they were placed..i just would like to know more about it..Please Help, Thanks! 😉

just read up on it.

Just make some shít up – that’s what everyone else does, after all. Tarot is complete crap.

Suggestion by Abby Quigezz
Sorry, but whatever that person was using wasn’t a traditional deck… so it’s impossible to know. The only tarot card in that was the fool.

I’d recommend you get your own deck of cards and do your own reading. That way the reading will be more accurate because they are infused with your own energy. Plus it’ll come with a booklet with all the interpretations for you to meditate on.

Do psychic readers , well can these people actually read palms and see and tell us the future?
How can i tell which are fake?

Also, I’m new to Wicca, where do I begin studying and reading? What should I look at first? Thanks(:.

Suggestion by tardebigge
The fake ones charge money. The real ones believe they have a gift from God, and want to share their gifts to better mankind.

Suggestion by lala
Good psychic as fees . WHY ? Because people would be in line up from 3 AM to 2 AM for a reading People are like that ; its FREE lets use to the max this person How you can tell the difference between a fake psychic and a good one ? Always get some reference from a person who went for a reading and had been satisfied Palmistry is another complete science . YOU do not need to be psychic for reading a hand ; and about wicca ;; BAD idea YOU will attract negative force ; and there a price to pay for playing with the [ devil ]

Suggestion by LabGrrl
100% of them are fake, I’m sorry. There are people who can get impressions from you about what you need to hear to move through the troubles in your life, but a good psychologist or a well-trained priestess can do that, too.

I’d recommend starting at http://wicca.timerift.net it is a very good first stop, and the book recommendations on the site are a decent second stop.

And anyone who claims Wicca is about the devil is a slanderer. Prove it, or admit you’re just lying for the sake of lying.

To complete this How-To you will need: A palm to read The basics of palmistry Step 1: Read the dominant hand — the one a person uses to write with; it reveals what’s going on now. The passive hand represents a person’s inherited characteristics. Tip: Markedly different lines on each hand indicate a person who has worked hard to change their basic nature. Step 2: Know how to view the lines: Read horizontal lines from the thumb side across, and vertical lines from the wrist up. Step 3: Start with the top horizontal line, or the heart line. A line that’s close to the fingers indicates a passionate, sometimes jealous, person. If the line goes straight across, the person keeps a tight rein on their emotions. If it curves up toward the index finger, the person is more outwardly affectionate. Tip: Gaps on the heart line suggest the person has known heartbreak. Short lines that cross the heart line show they are very flirtatious and have a hard time staying faithful. Step 4: Look at the next horizontal line, which is the head line. A strong
